Classic Pine Tar - SHAMPOO BAR - pH balanced

Grizzly Naturals "Classic Pine Tar" shampoo bars have rugged smoky notes of the classic pine tar smell everyone enjoys with hints of tree bark and other rustic forest smells. Using pine, cedar, fir, & orange essential oils along with other natural scents, this bold blend has scents such as crisp pine trees, sweet fir needles, and pinecones laying on a forest floor amongst fresh split firewood. Experience the reviving scents of camping in a lush green forest.

To use, first simply wet the bar and your hair with warm water. Then rub together between your hands to create a sudsy lather or rub the bar directly onto your wet hair until desired lather is reached, then rinse with warm water!

Pair these shampoo bars with a well-draining soap dish or your favorite method to keep them dry between showers the same way you would with a bar of soap to prevent sticking and to enhance the longevity.

If kept dry between uses by using a well draining soap dish, our 3.5oz shampoo bar will last as long as about 2 full bottles of 8 oz liquid shampoo.

Bars are 2.5" circumference, 1" thick, and weigh about 3.5 oz.

PH BALANCED REAL SHAMPOO BAR:

Our Shampoo Bars are proudly SOAP FREE, so they will not cause build up.  A lot of natural companies will make a regular cold process bar of soap, and then call it a "shampoo bar".   Cold process soap is not good for your hair so don't be fooled by this common misleading labeling 

Cold process soap has a PH of 9-10.  Hair has a pH level of about 4.5-5.5 and the alkaline properties of soap disrupt the pH balance of your hair, leaving it dry, dull and super frizzy. This alkaline nature of soaps also has the ability to destroy the keratin in your hair, thereby making it weak and brittle.   If you have hard water, there can also be a chemical reaction with the soap, leaving a soap scum residue on your hair.  Hard water and soap scum together can aggravate seborrheic dermatitis.
